You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant Fainomedia LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process, store, and analyze these images for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to upload:

• Images of any person under the age of 18.
• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography.
• Images for which you do not have the rights or consent to use.
• Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.

5. AI Disclaimer

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4) to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• The output may be unpredictable, offensive, or factually incorrect.
• The "Roast" is designed to be harsh and critical; use at your own emotional risk.
• We are not liable for any emotional distress caused by the AI's output.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
